| The CDI team reviews patient information in the records to ensure the most accurate code can be assigned for billing and quality tracking. The CDI team is responsible to know when there is opportunity to clarify the documentation after the visit to ensure this code assignment is accurate. When opportunity exists, they reach out to providers to discuss. This position will be virtual. |
