(Archived) Community Outreach -- Metro Health Hospital
Job Description
The Community Outreach Department is responsible for coordinating the community exercise classes, the Farmer's Market, and other community events at the Hospital. This position will assist the Head of Community Outreach with various clerical tasks, as well as help at the Farmer's Market on Thursdays (located in front of the Hospital). The position requires excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. This position requires working outside and also in an office setting.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Age Requirement:
Open to applicants ages 16-21
Health Screening Requirements:
TB test (2-step), drug screen, and immunizations.
COVID-Related Requirements:
- PPE (provided by Metro Health) is required to be worn at all times.
- The COVID-19 vaccine is offered, but not required
Dress Code:
School issued uniform, jeans (no rips). No shorts, crop-tops, or flip-flops
Lunch:
An $8 voucher is provided each working day to be used in Metro Health’s Cafe
