|Human Resources - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion The diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) team deals with the characteristics, experiences and work styles that make our employees unique (e.g., age, race, religion, disabilities, ethnicity) as well as how Spectrum Health can use those qualities in support of our business goals. One way we do this is with our Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs). We have 8 different IRGs that are employee-led groups formed around common interests, common bonds, or similar backgrounds. My job is to oversee these groups as a consultant providing expert advice for career development. This is a virtual position.
