Video-editing & Marketing Intern
In collaboration with Bethany Christian Services, The Delta Project, and WMCAT we are offering a creative opportunity to learn and apply Recruiting and Marketing best practices and video-editing skills to assist EuzenConnect in developing the following:
- Company recruiting brand video templates (by industry)
- Job Description video templates (by industry)
- Bank of sample videos for all Companies and jobs for all positions posted as part of GRow1000
They will also build a social media campaign using the company and job description videos to ensure all the organizations involved have a social media presence related to videos created. They will learn about social media strategy, channels, campaigns, and key activities. They will develop and run a campaign with guidance and coaching. As part of this campaign, they will develop a campaign content calendar, determine the channels that will work best for the campaign, and then draft posts and engagement approaches. Then they will implement the approach and report out on results and learnings.
There is an opportunity to extend the opportunity beyond the GRow1000 program on a part-time basis.
