Company Information

HR Collaborative is an HR firm that makes work better. How? By filling in the HR gaps that small and midsize organizations have today and working together to build sustainable people practices for tomorrow.

Based in West Michigan, but with national reach, we leverage our 400+ years of experience, extensive professional networks, and best-in-class tools and technology to help our clients hire the right people, strengthen their teams, and keep their best talent — the (not so) secret sauce to sustainable, long-term growth.

Collaborative isn’t just in our name. We meet our clients where they’re at and walk alongside them to design solutions that fit where they are now and where they want to go.

We’re unapologetically intentional in our efforts to improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in our community and at HR Collaborative. While we are a 100% woman-owned business, we have a ways to go on our own DEIB journey. Through ongoing collaboration with community partners and our clients, we’re committed to creating long-lasting systemic change.

For too long, Human Resources has been seen as a cost center. Through evidence-based talent strategies and data-driven insights, we work with clients to elevate their HR into a revenue driver — delivering tangible results that positively impact their bottom line.
