We have team members in India, the United Kingdom, Washington, DC, and North Dakota, as well as Grand Rapids. Our founder spent her early career working in social impact technology in Kenya and India. As an undergraduate student, she majored in Biology and minored in Inequality Studies at Cornell University and was also accepted to the Biology Scholars Program, an enrichment program for underrepresented students in the Sciences. As we grow, we have a commitment to scale our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the communities where we work and to create pathways to careers in technology. This begins with students in high school and college to help them explore career possibilities and develop key skills in data and process management that are highly useful across many industries and roles.
