Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids serves youth ages 6 to 18 in three Clubs across the city: the Steil Center at 235 Straight Ave NW, the Paul I Phillips Center at 726 Madison SE, and the Seidman Center at 139 Crofton SE. During the summer we're open from 11am to 5pm, with teen hours that rotate between the Clubs from 5 to 7pm. Summer programs include tutoring, recreational activities in our gyms and at nearby parks, character and leadership programs, cooking classes, field trips, and mentoring.

GRow 1000 participants will provide a variety of support for the regular Club staff: conducting programs, helping to serve meals and snacks, helping children with tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Placements require a financial obligation of $1,600 for each youth under 18 years old, and $2,000 for each intern 18 or older. Please indicate if you are a nonprofit organization and need wage assistance.: Yes
