Big Picture Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our community
- Contribute to our service and relationship oriented work culture
- Prepare and serve beverages with a high attention to detail and quality
Daily Tasks:
- Provide customers with excellent customer service throughout their time in our store
- Work well within a team and provide support to team members
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-stocked workplace
Skills Needed:
- Enjoy working with the public and have a high standard for customer service
- Possess the ability to contribute to a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Have flexibility in scheduling and availability
- Have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and multitask
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Proficient with technology and able to learn new software quickly
