This past year we have created a committee of diverse non-management employees who will help guide the company by providing idea's and strategies around recruiting, training and development to improve our DEI Initiative. We are tracking our DEI on a regular basis so we can see where our deficiencies are and where work needs to be done. 62% of our corporate office is made up of females and 5 out of 9 Vice Presidents and above are females. Our goal is to improve our diversity among races; this is where our company falls short and where we need to do the most work.
